Please note that reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that the service content is accurate and up-to-date, however all information is given without any guarantee or representation as to its accuracy and under no circumstances whatsoever shall Freight Hub be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or other damages, costs, losses or liabilities arising from reliance on any of the information or materials contained on the Freight Hub website.

Shipment Tracking Service

Your right to use this interactive service is strictly limited to tracking shipments sent with Freight Hub in which you have an interest and you shall use the service information and content in compliance with the rules settled by this Terms and Conditions. The Freight Hub Tracking application may not work for users that hide or anonymize their identity or location. Freight Hub reserves the right to slow or stop entire access to Freight Hub Track and Trace data by automated processes, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

We, or the applicable third party owner, retains all right, title and interest (including copyrights, trademarks, patents as well as any other intellectual property or other right) in all information and content (including but not limited to text, data, images, graphics and logos) on the Freight Hub website. You shall not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, transmit or otherwise use any of the information and content on the Freight Hub website unless for your own personal, non-commercial use or unless you have obtained prior express written permission to do so from Freight Hub.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as transferring any right, title or interest in the Freight Hub website or its content to you or anyone else.

Freight Hub website may contain links to other websites owned by third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the products or offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals, or the accuracy of these websites. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

To place a refund, return or exchange request for an invoice paid at our Website, you will need to contact Freight Hub via:

Freight Hub Financial Department will not record, process or store sensitive cardholder data.

Any personally identifiable data associated with the cardholder, to include account number, expiration date, name, address, card number, card service verification code, or any other data stored on the magnetic stripe of the payment card are only accessible to the Customer/Person who is responsible for processing or facilitating payment card transactions.

Refund Conditions

In most cases, no refund will be granted once the payment is done. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

  • Multiple payments for the same services
  • A Customer paid the Invoice online but did not get the confirmation due to connection failure and Freight Hub is not able to provide softcopy of the Invoice
  • Any amount paid more than the service agreed rate to be refunded as per client request

Important Information

  • For online payments, it is important for customers to note the Invoice number for future reference
  • Any request for refund will be at the sole discretion of Freight Hub
  • Online refunds will be processed as soon as they are approved via a credit to your credit card account based on bank refund regulations
  • Please have your invoice number available and provide a reason for your request to speed up your refund process
  • Your request will be reviewed within 2 days standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results
  • We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with prior notice to you

Changes to the Terms of Use

We may revise the Terms of Use of the Freight Hub website at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. The Terms of Use published on the Freight Hub website are kept up to date.

General

These Terms of Use supersede all previous agreements, communications, representations and discussions between the parties relating to the website. No party will have the right of action against Freight Hub arising from any previous agreement, communication, representation and discussion in respect of the Freight Hub website.
